Planning a Walt Disney World vacation should be exciting. But once you start comparing restaurants, menus, prices, meal credits, snack eligibility, and Disney Dining Plan rules, it can quickly become one of the most confusing parts of the trip.
That is why we created DDP Guide: an independent planning resource designed to bring Disney Dining Plan information together in one clear, searchable, and easy-to-use place.
Where It Began
Our Story
Like many families, we discovered that deciding where and how to eat at Walt Disney World could be surprisingly overwhelming. There are hundreds of dining locations, menus can change, prices vary widely, and the Disney Dining Plan introduces another layer of meal types, credits, eligibility rules, and participating locations.
Finding a simple answer often meant opening multiple websites, checking several menus, comparing prices by hand, and trying to determine whether a restaurant or menu item might work with the Dining Plan.
We kept coming back to the same question:
Why is there not one place where you can easily search and compare all of this?
That question became DDP Guide.
What began as a way to make our own Disney vacation planning easier grew into something we wanted to share with other travelers. We built the site to take the mystery and confusion out of Disney dining, reduce the frustration of searching for answers, and help families feel more confident about their plans before they arrive.
Why We Are Here
Our Mission
Our mission is to make Disney Dining Plan information more organized, understandable, and useful.
DDP Guide is intended to help guests explore restaurants, compare menu prices, understand dining categories, and make more informed decisions about where to use their meals and snacks.
Whether you are trying to maximize the financial value of a Dining Plan, create a realistic food budget, find a restaurant near your next attraction, or simply decide what sounds good for dinner, we want the site to make that process easier.

A Planning Resource, Not a Guarantee
DDP Guide is intended to be used as a general planning and research resource. We organize publicly available restaurant and menu information to make it easier to browse, search, and compare.
Disney restaurant participation, menu items, prices, operating hours, meal periods, and Dining Plan eligibility can change. An icon or category shown on DDP Guide should be treated as a planning aid rather than a guarantee that a particular item will qualify during your visit.
Before ordering, confirm current details through the official Walt Disney World website, the My Disney Experience app, or a Cast Member at the restaurant.
Independent and Unofficial
Created by Disney Fans for Disney Fans
DDP Guide is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, or any of their partners.
Disney names, restaurant names, trademarks, and related properties belong to their respective owners.
Our role is to help travelers better understand the information available to them and make the planning experience feel a little more manageable.
